The auction takes place on the basis of the following terms and conditions of auction, which are posted in the auction room, possibly in the auction catalog.
The auction takes place in the name and for the account of the client.
The auction good can be inspected and checked before the auction.
Each visitor is fully liable for the damage caused by him.
The items are usually used and are added in their respective condition, any damage is included in the price.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to collect, disassociate, or out-of-order numbers.
Increase is in 10% - steps. The bid takes place if no bid is submitted after calling a bid three times.
Disagreement over the last bid or a surcharge will be remedied by offering the item again.
The auctioned goods are to be checked by the buyer on site and any defects must be reported immediately. Later complaints are excluded.
The contract requires the acceptance and payment of the purchase price to the auctioneer. The property of the auctioned item only passes to the buyer after full payment of the purchase price. The risk of accidental loss, loss or damage to the auctioned item passes with delivery to the buyer.
